So far so good. : Ware Manufacturing Critter Universe Small Pet Expanded Cage System
I bought this cage for my daughter's first hamster, which she will be adopting on the 16th of October. I read good reviews on it, so decided to buy. I'm a little concerned about the travel compartment on top the cage. It doesn't attach to the top of the cage at all, it just sets in there, so I'm very concerned the hamster will get out that way, so I'm gonna duct tape it to the top. MAJOR flaw in the design if you ask me! There is no way to carry the cage from the top. It went together ok, but the bars of the cage seem easy to bend. I have two cats, and if this baby hammy gets out, it's chances of survival aren't good :(, so I'm crossing my fingers this cage stands the escape proof test. I will update my review when Cookie moves in, then we will see how it truly stands up to the test.
